Tender For Remodeling Of Hss Budhal.- 1 Rendering of service for Complete Site plan, Architectural drawings, structural Design drawings, other drawings needed at site for the Remodelling of HSS Budhal (G+1)as per latest Indian standard codes including required soil testing and vetting of structural drawings from govt. approved institutes IIT/NIT/DIQC. (as per the directions ofPWD(R&B) deptt.) (The contractor shall supply 5(five) sets of hard copy and 1 (one) set of soft copy of each drawings. 3 (three) sets of drawings shall be supplied in A1 size and 2(two) sets in A3 size. All Drawing shall be prepared on CAD. 2 Dismantling of Old Building 3 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar. 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/bymechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge; 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). Building 5 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead :Of area of 3 sqm. and below. 6 Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead 7 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of :G.S.
