Tender For Annual Maintenance Of Fenders, Mooring Ladders, Bollards, Roofing Sheet And Rolling Shutters Inside Security Compound Wall For The Year 2025-26 And 2026-27.; 1 Description 2 Servicing of rolling shutter by providing and applying multipurpose grease to all parts of the rolling shutters of all sizes such as U channels, side guides, latches, locks, coil springs and gear type arrangements etc. after thoroughly cleaning the surface so as to make the movement of the shutter free including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, climbing arrangements, hire charges of T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete for successful completion of the work. 3 Replacing steel laths of 18 gauge and 75mm width including cutting to the required length, providing interlocking arrangements for steel laths by means of alternate end clips to the existing laths etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. 4 Replacing the bottom plate with 12 gauge plates including providing locking arrangements, handling and providing other accessories to the required length, cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing, painting two coats over a coat of primer etc. complete. as directed by Engineer in charge. 5 Providing & fixing top covers made out of 20 gauge MS sheet over pull and push rolling shutters bent to shape including cost of red lead primer coat painting , materials, labour etc. complete 6 Replacing the rolling shutter springs with 3 gauge 3 1/2 dia. 13 to 14 length coil springs including removing the rolling shutter center shaft & fixing the springs with required tension, greasing the required parts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. 7 Replacing the gear attachment and gear box for the rolling shutter for free movement of folding including gear shaft, fixing firmly on wall with bolts of standard size including cost of all materials & tools etc. complete. 8 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wiresprings manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 -rt 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Providing and laying to required line and slope roofing with corrugated asbestos cement sheet 6mm. thick fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm. dia C.I plain and bitumen washers over the existing purlins, rafters and trusses including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications 10 Providing & fixing ridges, hips with cement sheet roofing with GI or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia with CI and bitumen washers including cost of all materials labour etc. complete 11 Cutting and removing the existing, corroded, damaged GI J / L hooks provided on the roofing of Transit sheds / Overflow sheds / godowns and providing & fixing new 600mm long GI J / L hooks with nuts and washersover the existing AC / galvalume sheet roofing, purlins, rafters, channels and trusses including cleaning the surface and sealing the J bolts with CI and bitumen washers including cost of all materials, cost of form work / scaffolding, cost of labour, Tools & Plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department. 12 Cleaning the valley gutter, water gutter, removing all deposited materials and disposing the same with a lead of 50m including cost of all tools & plants, labour charges, all necessary arrangements for working over the AC sheet roofing with necessary scaffolding/ staging, and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department. 13 KSRB 13-18.1 : Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor, medium density polyethylene pipes 6.00 kgs/sq.cm working pressure 160mm outside diameter with all necessary specials, special flange, compression type fittings, wall clips, making good the wall, ceiling and floor including cost of all materials, labour charges, HOM of equipment and testing complete as per specifications. 14 Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, floating craft if necessary complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge 15 Dismantling of existing structures comprising of steel work in all type of sections upto a height of 5 m above plinth level including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and transportation and stacking serviceable material in Stack yard with all lifts complete as per specification. 16 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 17 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) 18 Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick plaster of paris (Gypsumanhydrous) for ceiling reinforced with hessian cloth flat surface with ceiling tiles up to a height of 5 m above floor level over aluminium strips 25mm x 6mm and rendered smooth with plaster of paris including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. 19 Providing and laying of 1.5 mm thick SBS modified self adhesive single stick waterproofing membrane, with minimum elongation of 300% and puncture resistance of >200 N (as per ASTM E154), with an overlap of100mm on the side and 100mm in vertical lapping over a coat bituminuos primer @ 0.25 l/m2, complete including surface preparation as per themethodology and site condition & placing the dimple board over the SBS membrane. The cost is inclusive of surface preparation, crack filling, repair of loose mortar etc. completely as per specification 20 Dismantling the damaged Giant Tyre Fender from the Berth and Fixing the New / Released tyre fenders with GI chain, nylon rope etc., including stacking the released fender at stack yard, transporting the new tyre fender to worksite, providing necessary holes for inserting the GI chain and fixing at site including cost of all materials, tools and plants, hire charges of crane, transportation, labour charges etc. complete as persite requirement. (Excluding the cost of tyre fender, GI chain, shackels, nylon rope etc which will be supplied by department.) 21 Dismantling the dislocated Giant Tyre Fender from the Berth and Refixing the same in required position, with new GI chain, nylon rope etc., including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, hire charges of cranes etc., complete as per the site requirements. ( Excluding the cost of tyre fender, GI shackles, chains etc. which will be supplied by Department) 22 Periodical inspection of Fenders, tightening of all loosened bolts properly, checking the holding chains, hooks including chipping and cleaning the rust and other loose particles such as iron ore fines, coal dust,fungal and algae growth from fender frontal frames, chains etc., of all the fenders from Berth Nos. 1 to 8 and Berths Nos. 09 to 14, including cost of all materials, ladders, labours, tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 23 Replacing the damaged / missing / rusted fenderbolts ( min 04 No bolts per unit) with sleeves including drilling holes in the concrete by core cutting machine at required place suitable for fixing sleeves, fixing the sleeve to the holes and grouting with Epoxy mortar etc., including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, tools and plants, and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per the site requirement. 24 Dismantling the damaged V / W type fender from the berth and refixing the available V / W type fender with necessary bolts etc., including removal of all bolts fixed to the sleeves, lifting fender by using Escort / Hydra crane, transporting and stacking at departmental stack yard, transporting new fender and fixing at site, including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools & plants, hire charges of crane, transportation, scaffolding charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per site requirements. (Excluding the cost of fender, bolts etc. which will be supplied by department) 25 Providing and painting ofletters of 16 cms. heightin english for numbering of fenders by providing and applying synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & shade including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, hire charges, etc., complete as directed by the department. 26 Paintingwithsynthetic enamelpaintofapprovedbrandand manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.. 27 Providing and installing Turbo ventilators at suitable place including all labour and incidental charges etc. complete 28 Re-Alignment of Tyre Fenders fixed to theSuper Cell fender of Berth No. 16 including Hire charges of Crane& other machinaries,labour charges and all incidental charges etc., complete as per the directions of the Department,excluding cost of materials like Tyres, chains , D-shackle, pins,etc. through out the month. One Operation includes one or any number of Tyre re-alignment process during the entire month. Note: Any number of re-alignment activities in a month is considered as one operation. 29 Credit to taking away of the steel scrap materials /(Buy back) inclusive of cost of labour, hire charges of machineries, cost of tools and plants, loading unloading and all other incidental charges etc., completeas directed by the department.
