| 2 | Dismantling and removing the existing weather proofing work of brick jelly concrete and flooring, tiles inclusive of cement mortar/plastering/asphalt layer etc. if any laid over roof slabs and cleaning the surface well for re plastering at all heights including stacking serviceable materials for re-use as directed and disposal of the debris to the low lying areas up to a distance of 5KM. |

| 4 | Dismantling and removing the existing CC/RCC works and conveying and depositing the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M as directed by Engineer-in-charge |
| 5 | RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement. |

One coat of self-priming elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 by volume) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (Asian Smartcare Damp sheath Exterior or equivalent) after cleaning the surface properly with water jet machine, wire brush etc until free from scale, rust, grease, oil etc., preparing the surface to be true & flat and applying as per manufacturer\"s specification including filling the cracks with crack seal/filler, protecting the applied surface from sudden rains etc. complete. |
