SITC of dust & vermin proof outdoor type compartmentalized floor mounted feeder pillar/ joint box of size not less then 450 mm (Height) x 450 mm (width) x 300 mm (deep) suitable for 415 volt 3 phase 50 Hz A.C supply, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, tapered roof, front and rear openable, both side locking arrangement, 3 mm thick gland plate, 200 Amps four pole Aluminium bus bar with base, connection and interconnection with copper conductor/ PVC insulated cable / insulated Aluminium bus bar strip of appropriate size terminal block etc, to be fitted on base frame made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm (thick) GI angle having 80 cm legs for erection on ground etc as required. The feeder pillar shall be erected in cement concrete foundation of size 450 mm x 300 mm (width) x 700 mm height embedded 400 mm below ground level and 300 mm above ground level and angle lugs to be groutedin the cement concrete foundation etc complete as required. (CPRI approved).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 sq.mm.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5 x 35 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (i) 125 A, 16 KA, TPMCCB

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. (i) 63 mm dia (OD -63 mm and ID- 51 mm nominal).
