Tender For Jeetlmal Johara Repair fencing and painting work - 1 P & L Lime Surkhi Plaster lime surkhi mortar1:2 (1 Lime : 2 Surkhi)including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding) inspecified course for base coarse and subsequent course & Loi,tamping, beating, curing till the shrinkage cracks are disappear. Thework is to be done with all lead as the work is of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice including adding gur, methi & gugal on oldwalls including removal of all old loose and decade plaster, eachcoat to be done after 3 days of previous coat. 2 Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days andregularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for nonsynthetic colour adding gum (babool gum) as per specification. Thenapplying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats asdesired finishing 3 Making Mehrabs, Arches, pillars, highly decorative creepers, flowerof small sizes etc.in lime Surkhi plaster (1:2) as per B248oldtraditional practices (Arches, Mehrabs) in three coats for basecourse and subsequent course and Loi tamping, beating till theshrinkage cracks are disappear than making ornamentalflowering/design etc. The work is to done with all leads and lifts as per work of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice. 4 Stucco work in lime, Surkhi, mortar (1:2) as per existing design work/ traditional practices by skilled craftsman, the stucco work should bedone as per restoration nature, the mortar should be prepared bygrinding milladding gur, methi & gugal.. The thickness varies from50 mm to 100mm as per the design (minimum rectangular surface area to be measured). 5 Painting on Stucco work with stone colours including base coat ofkhameera as per traditional practice (minimum rectangular to be measured). 6 Providing and fixing 1.8 metres high GI barbed wire fencing with 2.4 m angle iron posts 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metres center to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete30cmx30cmx60cm, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post,last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal linesand 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GIstaples, turn buckles etc complete as per clause 807 of MoRT&Hspecification & type A as per IS : 278-1978 size designation 5 (linewire 2.24, point wire 2.00mm mass 97-106 g/m) including all material, labour.
