Tender For Risk And Cost Work Of Bt Road From Connaught Palace To Sukhjeet Singh Sokhi House, Anupgarh; 1 BT road from Connaught Palace to Sukhjeet Singh Soni house, Anupgarh. 2 Patching WBM surfaces withstone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3including cost of material,machiery & labour complete, Upto 50 mm thick 3 Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open-graded premix surfacing, 20 mm with removal of all failed material trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 511 using 60/70 grade bitumen mixed in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH capacity and carriage with all lead, compacting with 8-10 tonne smooth wheel roller, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per MoRTH specification clause 3004.2 4 Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion SS-1 as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 Sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI 502 & 112 (Including cleaning of road surface ) 5 Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, withbitumen emulsion RS-1 as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2.0 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Clause 503 & 112 ( Including cleaning of bituminous road surface ) 6 Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate as per table 500-6 & 500-7, grading-1for base / binder course including loading of aggregates with Front endloader and heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material in tipper and laying mixed material with sensor paver finisher to the requiredlevel and grade rolling by power roller & vibratory compactor to achievethe desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504 & 112]with all lead .
