Pandalam Valiyakoickal Devaswom In Aranmula Group- Urgent Repair And Maintenance To The Toilet Block, Cleaning Septic Tank And Water Tank In Connection With M And M Festival In 1201 Me Reg.- Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 3 Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan ( Indian type):Long pattern W.C. pan of size 580 mm 4 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). 5 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ofrequired colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work 6 Dismantling and removing the cover slab and resetting the same in current position in line and level and also refilling the septic tank for cleaning with water 7 Clearing the septic tank with the aid of motor and pump set and removing and disposing thewaste using tanker lorry having minimum capacity of 4000 litres as per the direction of localauthorities /nearest available treatment plants/ at risk of contractor 8 Labour charges for cleaning the over head water tanks 6.00x3.00x1.50m and 3.00x3.00x2.40m and also pvc water tanks of 1000L and 5000 L 9 Labour engaged for Toilet cleaning 10 Cleaning the existing waste tank and drainage system 11 Supplying and installing ready made PVC Septic tank including the cost of carriage, trenching, placing at the level below ground level as specified as per the direction of engineer in charge (Provision for CC/RCC/Sand/06mm aggregate for the preparation of bed shall be paid separately)4. 35 to 50 flush capacity 12 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank:ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. 13 Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement - 110 mm dia Elbow 14 Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings / accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement - 110 mm dia 45 degree Elbow 15 Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement- 110 mm dia Bend 16 Providing and fixing PVC pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of Joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge.110 mm dia 6Kgf/cm2 17 Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 32 mm dia 10Kgf/cm2- Internal work - Exposed on wall 18 Providing 30 mm thick rigid PVC door with PVC frame with shutter including all cost ofmaterials, fitting charges and labour charges,etc.complete.
