Tender For Various Works Are Required To Be Carried Out In Vip Camp, Camp Office And Store On Rental Basis During Magh Mela 2026 - Following works are required to be carried out in VIP Camp, Camp Office and Store on rental basis in Magh Mela-2025-26. 2 Leveling of earth by J.C.B. Machine and then earth filling by Ganga Sand to make the surface plain. (155’ x 125’ in VIP and 160’x80’ in Camp office) 3 Providing and spreading of red morum upto a thickness of 3 cms in approach roads of VIP, lawn and parking area. 4 Hanging electrical fittings/LED lights inside of V.I.P. Camp, at Darbari, conference hall and dining hall on rental basis including maintenance during entire Mela period. 5 Providing and fixing spot light in conference/dining room situated in VIP Camp. 6 Providing green leaf plant Gamla on rental basis at VIP camp. 7 Brick barricading singhara with 1st class bricks and painting alternatively with Geru and Lime at VIP camp. 8 Making floor of toilet by providing ceramic tiles of size 8”x12” and providing 8” scarting on 4 side of wall toilet & bathroom above the ground level. 9 Providing and fixing commode & cistern and making all connection necessary for toilet. 10 Providing umbrella in the lawn situated in Darbari camps at VIP on rental basis. 11 Providing and fixing colored flags in the front side of VIP Camp. 12 Providing and fixing of Globe light in the passage and parking area. 13 CCTV Camera 4mp (Dome/Bullet type) with voice feature 14 Bluetooth tower speaker 100 watt with mic 15 Hard Disk 1 TB 16 DVR (1TB)having 4 channel 17 CCTV wire cable 3+1 copper + breding alloy+wire alloy 18 LED Screen 43 SMART/Android Tv 19 Providing Wifi Connection For Office And Cctv Camera 20 Providing and Laying of A class Good quality Bricks of Standard Size in flat position at every 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA L.T.
