Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department. 12 Painting primer coat with zinc rich primer over cleaned old surface (Asian paints or equivalent brand approved by department). Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department as per approved design. 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint using approved quality enamel paint one coat (Asian paints or equivalent brand approved by department). Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department as per approved design. 14 Above each additional coat using approved quality enamel paint (Asian paints or equivalent brand approved by department). Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department as per approved design. 15 Cutting the damaged portion of old rusted skin plate by chipping and pre heating using gas flame and removing rust by hammering and thin cutting and removing plate. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department. 16 Fabrication works using MS plate angle etc (Marine Quality, IS 2062 Grade B) including cutting, leveling, straightening, grooving joining and finishing. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department. 21 Cutting damaged portion of old sheet and new 16 SWG GI Sheet cutting, shaping and fixing by welding. Work to be completed to the level of satisfaction of the department. 22 Bollard fabricating and fitting by welding with 3 dia or suitable GI pipe and plates of suitable thickness as specified by the department.
