Tender For Operation & Maintenance Of Rural Water Supply Scheme At Hurda Under Sub Division Gulabpura, Div.- Bhilwara District Bhilwara. For One Year; 1 Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & materialwhich includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections,Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and up to ground level.For entirejobcontractorwillusetheir own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering, JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The works includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month.(Jointing material shall be provided by the department.) 2 Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed 3 1 km to 50 km – one fitter-II & one beldar 4 Maintenance of tubewells / openwells which includes round the clock monitoring oftubewells of all sizes, completerepairs /rewinding ofsubmersible pumpsets including cost ofmaterial components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & Histroy sheetas directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month. 5 08 HP to 10 HP 6 Cleaning of Clear water reservior (CWRs) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, deisinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt upto 1 Km. lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. 7 101 KL to 200KL 8 Cleaning of Over Head Service reservior (OHSR) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, deisinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt upto 1 Km. lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. 9 50 KL to 100KL 10 101 KL to 200KL 11 Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes completeoperation of pumpmotor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply minimum 16 hrs) 12 Upto 100 HP (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) 13 Daily/ periodical operation ofvalves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month.(Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor) 14 80-300mm 15 Rewinding of three phase squirrel cage induction motor of HSC pump sets including all necessary material and of the same characteristics as original with required size of super enamelled copper wire (including cost of copper wire) E class insulation material and testing of motor on no load but to be guaranteed against testing on load at site, including making electric connection at site of installation of motor with starter, alignment with pump setsand transportation to and fro from installation site complete as per direction of engineer in charge at site. 16 Above 15.00 HP but upto 17.50 HP 17 Restoration of bitumen road by patch work of WBM using crushed / broken aggregate as per the standard specification and consolidation with hand rammer spreading and consolidation of binding material , cleaning of surface of WBM and providing of seal &tack coat as per site condition by using ready cold mixup to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job. 18 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
