Tender For Request For Proposal (Rfp) For Operation And Annual Maintenance Contract At Incubation Center Kota; 1 Providing Electrician cum DG Operator Cum AC OperatorITI with 2 Yr Exp. for operational and maintenance activities of building.( For all the equipments installed at the site) 2 All in AllComprehensive Maintenanceof 11/0.415 KV Distribution sub station including 11 KV Circuit Breaker , Transformer and its complete accessories, Auto transfer switch, repairing of LT/HT Cables with terminations,LT Panels with complete accessories, APFC Panel, substation earthing etc with maintaining of Log Books complete in all respect but excluding of transformer oil as and when required with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 3 All in All 1 YearComprehensive Annual Maintenance Contractof 60 kVA UPS system including consumables andreplacement of spare parts with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 4 All in All Comprehensive Maintenance of Variable Referigerant Volume (VRV)Air Conditioning system including indoor units, Outdoor units, cordless control,referigerant piping, control cables, remote control, drain piping,consumables, cabling, LT panel etc. complete in all respect as per OEMs guidelines to meet out the efficiency of the machine after defect liability period with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 5 All in All comprehensive maintenance of Reverse Osmosis water purification system including repair/ replacement of components , consumables, cleaning, servicing etc. as per the original Equipment manufacturer guidelines to meet out the TDS level of water as per client requirement/ standard norms after defect liability period of the equipment with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 6 25 Ltr/hr capacity 7 All in All 1 Year Operation andmaintenance of Other Electrical Installation (Floor Electrical Panels with complete accessories , Earthing system, Disribution board and complete Accessories, all type light fixtures, Electrical pole light and light fixtures Etc.) including consumables and replacement of spare partswith rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 8 All in All Comprehensive Maintenance including servicing, replacement of fuel filter, coolant, lubricating oil etc. of 250 kVA Diesel Generating set including auto mains failure(AMF) panel, change over switch, earthing etc. as per OEM guidelines and maintenance manual complete in all respect. (Excluding replacement of only batteries as and when required)with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 9 All in All 1 Year operation and comprehensive maintenance of ELV (Audio & Video System , Fire Alarm with cabling and detectors , PA System with speakers and cabling,LAN and CCTV System with all equipments ) as per the original Equipment manufacturer guidelines including consumables and replacement of spare partswith rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 10 All in All Comprehensive maintenance offire protection system(2280 LPM at 70 Mtr. Head) including jockey pump, main motor pump, terrace pump, Diesel Pump, water sprinklers pipe line, wet/dry risers, various type valves, over head/under ground water tanks, First aid hose reels, indoor/ outdoor hydrants, air vessels, hose pipes, branch pipes, hose cabinets, Fire protection control panel , all type of fire extinguishers, battery charger, wiring/cabling etc complete in all respect( Excluding of replacement of battery and refilling of fire extinguishers)with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 11 All in All Comprehensive maintenance after defect liability period of the passenger/ bed cum stretcher/ goods elevator having various speed as per OEM guidelines and maintenance manual including car with all car accessories , hoist way accessories and complete with machine room / MRL accessories but excluding replacement of diffused battery bank of ARD systemfor 2 nos. liftof 1360 kg, 20 persons 3 stops( G+2)rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP. 12 All in All 1 Year operation and comprehensive maintenance of sanitary and plumbing services including all urinals , WC , drainage, all domestic water pumps , all type of pipe lines etc. installed at the site with rectification of issues in given timelines of RFP.
