Certified tiles size 60 x 60 cm. 14 Supply and installation of 14 mesh, 24 gauge iron window grilles with 20 x 3 mm beading and screwing. Analysis for a 1.2 x 0.60 meter window covering 0.72 square meters 15 Supply and installation of a 22 gauge plain sheet double pane window in a 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle iron frame with a 10 mm grill, 3 mm glass, and GI sheet with fittings such as an angle iron sliding bolt, latches, and clasps. 16 Supply and installation of a factory-made solid core, single pane 30 mm door with commercial ply on both sides, with beading bolts, two latches, and two handles, using three enamelled hinges. Analysis for a 1 x 2 square meter door. 17 Cutting and erecting of iron girders up to a height of 4.5 meters. Note: Analysis for a 6 meter length and a size of 300 x 150 mm (37.7 kg per meter). 18 Distempering with oil-bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over all scaffolding (new work) and including scraping and priming with cement primer. 19 Applying enamel paint in three layers to give an even shade (to give an even shade) to create an even surface on new/old work. 20 Earth filling including loading and unloading, transportation (lead up to 5.0 km). 21 Laying of 110 mm diameter PVC pipe along with other necessary materials. 22 Contigency
