And including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete. DSR SI no-2.6.1 2 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work as per DSR SINo.4.1.5 3 Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mixM-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cementcontent as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of layingbut excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement,including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength anddurability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer- in-charge for approval before execution). The frame work shall be fixed in true horizontal&verticallines/planes.(Onlystructuralsteelframeworkshallbe measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid).CPWDAnalysis of rate code 8.21 8 Providing and applying White based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plasterred wall surfce to prepared the surface even the smooth complete as per CPWDAnalysis of rate code 13.80 9 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Ltr/10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 0.9 kg/ 10 sqm) as per Sl No 13.47.1 10 Providing and laying rectified glazed ceremic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more size (thickness to specified by approved make & colors) of first quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in colors & shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (Icement 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments as per DSR si no 11.39 11 Horticulture operations including 30 cm earth filling grassing tree plantations shrubs and potted plants etc. 12 Earth work in embankment / in fillingin soil mixed with kanker/moorum etc for diversion i/c lift up to 1.50 Mandlead up to 30 M, all labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I. and as per S.I. 13 Construction of granular sub-base by providingready mix material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surfaceand compacted with 80-100 KN Smooth wheel static rollar to achieve the desired density at OMCcomplete as per Technical specification Clause 401. 14 Earth work in filling by carted earth from 2 km or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding ½ meter (20”) in depth and earth work in enbankment to be in 20 cm (8”) layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5”) lift and 30m (100’) lead 15 Provision for Lettering/ engraving matters at Gateway and at site as required 16 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
