Servicing, Repairs Replacements Of Various Items Of Central Heating System At State Taxes Department, Srinagar For Winter Season 2025 26- 1 Opening of Western make 4Lac Kcal hot water generator.The job includes opening andthoroughly cleaning a Western make 4Lac Kcal hot water generator, both internally and externally. This include cleaning of all tubes using brushes along with diesel or kerosene. The contractor shall provide all necessary cleaning materials, such as brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene, and dhoti cloth. Additionally, all other boiler accessories shall be opened and cleaned in the same manner. The scope of work also includes replacing all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheets, and any defective nuts and bolts. The contractor is responsible for arranging all tools, tackles, and other consumables required to complete the job 2 Replacement of refractory of 4 lac Kcal hot water generator. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases. Refractoryshall be laid in ‘Fire Crete Super’ brand castable refractory cement as per the OEM . 3 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of fan coil unit of specified heating capacity and air flow as per the specification complete with drain pan, 3 speed motor, thermostat temperature control system, cordless remote, washable pre-filter, electrical terminal box, with approved make of ball valves one with Y-strainer on supply side and without Y-Strainer on return side. Providing and fitting of 12/16 mm dia OD PEX-AL-PEX Pipe incomming and outgoing Connections along with allied fitting viz valves, Sockets, Nipple,Union,tee etc and testing of the same on maximum working pressure/Temperature to the FCU units that are working on old damaged pipe connections. The job includes checking all working parameters of ACs and setting them right as per requirement.
