Tender For Provision Of Pcc Road At Bn Hq Of 61 Rr At Thanamandi Under Age (I) Cif (R); 1 Excavation in over area not exc. 1.5mdeep in any type of soil and getting out,complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. orfor shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil and getting out,complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified. 4 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, including filling in soft spots, depressions, etc. which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient, etc. including watering before or during rolling, all complete all as specified and as directed. 5 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stonesof size range 100 to 50mm, deposited, spread, levelled in one layer,interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Providing and laying dry lean concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregategradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7Mpa.minimom cement content not less than 140 Kg/cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by mechanical paver including spreading and compactingfurther by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98 % of maximum dry density,neccessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and Bridge work 2013. 7 10mm thick sand cusion with clear river sand duly clear of residual ,organic and deterious materials spread evenly to iniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed (No additional amount to be paid for overlap. 8 Finishing concrete surface of concreteroads pavements by brooming,complete all as specified and directed. 9 Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manhole etc.), and similar articals with plain faces,complete all as specified. 10 PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified. 11 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified. 12 TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified& directed. 13 150 micron polythene film spread and laid over prepared sand layer with minimum 30 cm wide end laps and minimum 10cm side laps jointed with cold emulsion (Net measurement shall be done with out any allowance for over taps) over layer of sand ,complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Cement concrete work in pavement/hardstanding laid in panels of size as directed of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or lessincluding necessary form work at both side of road as required at site and directed by Engr in Charge.NOTE-1. All concrete shall be done by using computrized automatic concrete batching plant of min capacity 15-20cum/hr which shall be installed by contractor baching and mixing at site, calibrated and tested. The the batching plant shall confirm to IS 4925 have the facilities of data print out, presenting the quality to be weighng automatic cut off when the same is achieved.2.General sample from fresh concrete shall be taken as per IS-1199 and cubes shall be made curved and tested at 28days in accordance with IS-516.3.IN order to get a relatively quicker idea of the quality of concrete optional tests on beam for modules of rupture at 72(+2h) or at 7 days, or compressive strength test at 7 days may be carried out in addition to 28 days compressive strength test. For this purpose should be arrived at based on actual testing. In all cases, the 28 days compressive strength specified in table 2 shall alone be the criteria for acceptance or rejection of the concrete. 15 Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab 250mm including providing 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels, complete all as specified & directed. 16 Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’, complete all as specified & directed. 17 Forming construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.
