Tender For Reconstruction Work Of Drain And Interlocking From Kallu Medical House To Kasai Tola Culvert In Mohalla Aurangabad. - Taking out existing CC Interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc. Disposal of unserniiceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separetly and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per directin of engineer-in-charge DAR 16.83 2 Dismantling brick work or Stone work in lime or cement morter and including stacking of materails as directed by engeneer-in charge with in a distance of 60mm. (200 Feet) as per SOR ch-17 PWD sch-694 3 Excavatiopn in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay, or sand ) including filling lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts.)and lead upto 30 m.(100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30 M. (100 fts.)from the foundation trenches. 4 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 fine sand: 8 graded brick ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc.required for proper completionof the workand curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. 5 First class bricks work in1:3 in cement and Course sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. 7 2.5 cm. (1) thick 1:2:4 plain cement concretefloor with cement , approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8)flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8 cm (3) thick base concrete consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 4 cm (1.5) gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finishincluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 8 Earth Work in Cutting of filling in embankment inn ordianary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20) depth and erath work inbankment To bein in 20 cm (8) layer including ramming and ressing the surface to required level and slops and also including 1.5 meter (5 fit) lift and 30 meter (100 Fit) lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be desposied as spoil banks with in 30 meter (100 Fit) Distance as Directed by the En-in-charge in 3Km Cartage 9 Sand Filling in Plinth under floor/road uncliding watering, ramming consolidation and dressing complete including lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m including cost sand 10 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 11 provinding and laying spreading and comppacting stone aggregates of spevific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thikcness hand packing rolling eith three eheel 80-100 kN Static Roller in stage to proper grade and camber applying and broom stone sreening/binding material to fill-up the intrestices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405 12 Laying old cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in requiared line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50mm thik compacted deb of coars sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all Complete as per the derecton of En-in-Charge, DAR 16.84 13 Rubber moulded reflective Zig-Zag 80mm. Providing And Laying Of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having Thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 14 Providing laying of R.C.C. Work in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit including all complete as S.I No 283 For Drain Cover 15 M.S or iron work in plain work such as R.C.C. work inc. all complete As per S.I No 16 ADD GST 18%
