Dismantling of the existing, old & damaged sluice gates with the help of specialized Labour, JCB machine, long boom crane, rassa & gas cutter other required arrangements etc.

Providing, fabricating and fixing of sliding wooden flap of size approx. 2.5mtr x 1.8 mtr. With the help of 50 mm thick wooden plank of suitable size as per site requirement, MS flat of size-75mmx8mm of total length 15 meter of for strengthening and proper holding of wooden planks by nut bolts etc. The wooden plank must be processed by required chemical & paints for making it water resistant and longer life.

Repairing of SS spindle of dia 65 mm length approx. 3 mtr. Including turning, threading and complete in all respect as per site requirement with thrust bearing, spindle nut, hand wheel and complete assembly.

Providing and fixing of MS channel of size 150x75mm-20mtr. and 75x40mm– 20 Mtr. approx. and MS sheet 10mm thiknes-3sq.mtr as per site requirement fitting at both sides of the main gate with proper fasteners to hold the spindle nut, twin hook mechanism etc.

Repairing of Head stock assembly and C.I Wheel machining and grinding in ready to use condition as per site requirement.

Assembling the complete wooden sluice gate by fixing of spindle, twin hook mechanism and head stock assembly etc. with required MS plate/ angle/ channels of various sizes, civil work etc.with the help of long boom crane, welding sets, cutter sets, fitter and specialized Labour etc.

Providing and making of MS platform for operating size-6x0.8mtr made out of 6mm sheet and MS channel 150x80-12mtr and 75x40mm-12mtr.approx MS angle-50x50x6mm-10mtr On RCC column foundation and proper making as per site requirement.

Painting of the complete structure with one coat of primer, two or more coat of enamel paint i/c auxiliary material like old dhoti, emery paper, brushes etc.

Testing & Commissioning of the gate and complete in all respect including transportation charges etc.
