Safety arrangements as per NHRC guideline for execution of work safely which includes safety belt, gumboot, helmet gas face mask etc.

Dismantling of Motor and complete Gear Box unit from its installed position after removing the coupling with the help of lowering/ lifting, tools & tackles and gas cutter for cutting the rusted and corroded nut bolt etc. Removing the propeller, propeller shaft and base frame with the help of required tools & tackles and heavy manual Labour taking all safety majors as per requirement at site.

Stacking of all above dismantled equipment’s at one place with the help of lowering/ lifting tools & tackles, loading the elements in road conveyance with the help of Heavy labor.

Providing of S.S 40 High Tensile Harden foundation bolt size 16 mm dia x 127 mm long with 4 Nos. nuts & washers etc.

Fixing of SS bolts by the welding machine and required civil work as per site requirement.

Input coupling with locking plate, fabricated by MS as per sample in terms of existing shape and size complete in all respect including machining job as required.

Re-installation of the complete gear box unit, motor, propeller & propeller shaft with the base frame after fixing/ grouting foundation bolt in RCC slab i/c cutting suitable size holes with power drill and pouring suitable strength Cement concrete mortar with the help of chain pulley block, heavy man power, tools & tackles as required at site.

Testing & commissioning of complete unit on load satisfactorily.
