Consumable material etc. for proper completion of work. 56 Laying of 40 mm dia MS round bar, 700 mm below the ground level along with shifting of MS round bar from store to work site including cutting straightening welding painting excavation of trench etc. along with back filling of excavated trench after laying earth mat 57 Fabrication of 3 Meter long Electrode with 40 mm dia MS Round Bar having 150 mm long conical shape and then its pierced vertically, inside the Ground with top 700 mm below ground level including shifting of MS Round Bar from store to Switchyard. 58 Making of 150 mm long Lap Joint of above laid 40 mm dia Round bar by due cutting, Straighteningwelding on both sides and painting then black bituminous paint. 59 Making of 150 mm long Lap Joint of above laid 40 mm dia Roundbar to connect with existing Earth Mat of the sub station by due welding on both sides and painting each joint with black bituminous paint. 60 Making of cross Joint of abvoe laid 40 mm dia MS Round Bar, 700 MM below Ground Level by due welding at all 4 corners including providing & welding of suitable size MS Angle Piepe on opposited corners. 61 Making of End Joint of above laid 40 mm dia MS Round with Top of Vertically Pierced MS Electrodes, 700 mm below Ground Level by due weldingand painting each joint with black bituminous paint. 62 2 point earthing of structure and equipments with 75x10 and 50x6 mm MS flats by digging 0.7 meter deep trench in earth from equipments to substation earthmat in X & Y axis which includes providing, cutting, welding and bending of MS flats as well as shifting of materials from store to site.All materials including MS flat to be provided by contractor. 63 MS Flat 50x6 mm 64 MS Flat 75x10mm 65 MS Flat 25x6mm 66 Painting of earthing strip of various size with 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coat of Bus green ISI paint including vertical suppport. All required manpower, tools, testing equipment, and earthing of the LDB shall be in the contractors scope. 73 Installation, testing, and commissioning of Bay Marshelling Kiosk at Sonik for proper functioning , as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. All required manpower, tools, testing equipment, and earthing of the Marshelling Kioskshall be in the contractors scope. 74 Obtaining No objection certificate from office of Electrical safety Directorate, Lucknow for first time energization of 02 Nos. 132 KV Bays with extension of 132 KV Main Bus. (including payment of fee as per challan) 75 Erection of SAMAST Energy Meter and Data communication work 76 Installation of new 3P4W, 0.2s accuracy class interface Energy meters (Main & Check) 77 Necessary interconnection from data transmission of already installed SAMAST compliant meters to LAN switch upto DCU/Gateway and all other H/W, S/W. 78 Installation of communication cable (CAT-6 alongwith necessary hardware wherever required in between energy meter to LAN switch to SDH equipments upto DCU/Gateway and all other H/W, S/W. 79 Installation and commissioning of meter cubical/DCU/SW 80 Providing & fixing of 150 Watt LED street light luminaries fittings of Philips/Compton/Havells make with IP 65 rating in single piece die cast aluminum alloy housing with pot optics reflector & toughened clear glass cover with frame for lamp compartment including cable termination. 81 Providing & fixing of HI SL pole bracket duly made of 40mm dia 1.2 Mtr. Long B Class pipe and bent at one end by quarter circle in 1.0 Mtr. at an angle of 300 for fixing of 150 watt LED street light luminaries fittings on M.S. round Pole with the help of M.S. Clamps.
