Tender For Repairing And Painting To 60Mtr Ground Based Tower At Swadesh Nagar In Nm Andaman.; 1 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Dismantlinghanging tower parts likeCable tray, gantry etc. and removing the same from bunch of cables by taking all care against damage to RF cables by temporarily binding to tower angles, taking all care against falling of dismantled hanging iron gantry over side by structures, lowering the same by ropes including removal of rusted nuts and bolts by cutting and stacking at site under the safe custody of the agencyall complete including all necessary tools, ropes etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge(The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site for safety of men and material and side by structures.) 3 Supplying at site steel work in single/welded sections for ladder, cable tray etc. of 60 m GBT consisting of MS Flats, angles and plates anchorage sections ofrequired dimensions etc, with flanges and gusset plates with bolt holes welded to the membersas per the approved drawing ofrequired dimensions including all material & welding cost, transportation etc complete ( excluding installtion on tower) as directed by the Engineer in Charge 4 Extra for using GI sections, i.e angles, plates, flats etc instead of MS sections in Tower work 5 Installing available Cable Tray, ladder, safety guard rings and missing members on 60 m GBT includingLifting/hoisting the materials with rope & pulley arrangement without causing damage to thematerials. The members should be fixed to the 60m GBT at the locations as per design drawing by bolting to the flanges available on the tower with MS hot dipped galvanized nuts, bolts and spring & pack washers tightening properly, etcas per the approved drawing as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The rate includes cost of labour, tool & plantcharges, insurance charges for installing the tower materials. Proper safety measures shall be followed as per the guidelines for erection for towers (The cost of materialsie MS/GI pipes, MS/GI angle and plate sections, nuts,, bolts, washers etc will be paid separately ) 6 SupplyingGalvanised M.S. Nut bolt, washer , spring washer etc. of required diameter and size for tower work . 7 Tightening of bolts and nuts of various diametersincluding torque checking as per the indian standaral codes all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge( The rate includes necessary insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site for safety of men working). 8 For 60m height ground base tower . 9 Painting thetower, including ladder, cable tray, working platforms, gantries etc. with Luxol or equivalent high gloss synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats of required colour, (as per aviation standards for tower) and even shadeincluding applying Zinc Chromate on the new work wherever required as directed by Engineer-incharge. This item includes necessary hire charges of tools & plants, payment of insurance premium of working labours, safety implements, etc., all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 10 60m height ground base tower . 11 Credit value of unserviceable dismantled steel members 12 Credit for available dimantled unserviciable materials to agency (a) Old rusted MS/GI sheet, angle, flat, Tee and the like
