In Foundation and floors. 9 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with lean concrete of 600x 600mm sizes (thickness 10mm), with a water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming toIS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints. including preparation of 75mm thick base with concrete 1:4:8 Cement, Coarse sand and 40 mm B/B complete as per Engineer -In -Charge. 10 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 11 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (Slab area upto 0.50 Sq.M.) 12 Scrapping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-In- charge within a distance of 60 meters. 13 Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and or required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material ,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 Wall painting (one coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth.( for two coat ) 15 Painting 1st coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm on area with superior synthetic enamel such as luxol 3, Higloss apcolite, superlac, dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt,dustand other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all material, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.(for previously painted old surface). 16 P/F ISI marked Flush door shutters commercial quality conforming to IS:2202(part 1).including ISI marked Stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws, Steel Handels, Siliding bolt,door stopper and tower bolt. B 32mm thick 17 Supply and fixing of C.P Teak wood door and window Jali shutters withpanels of heavy quality galvanized iron wire mesh of size 14 x 24 withnecessary beading including supply and fixing of wooden cleats and stopsand including fixing and adjustment of hinges. but excluding supply of fixtures. 18 Supply & Fixing Of Inauguration Stone. 19 Other miscellaneous work
