Tender For Sanapadar To Rasola Road; 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing 37.5mm thick BUSG in one layers applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen /10 sqm, using 0.45 cum of25mm to 40mm size H.G. metal& 0.12 cum of 12mm size h.g. chips for 10 sqm . etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing & applying tack coat over the bituminous surface with bitumen boiler fitted with spray set using 0.20Kg / Sqm. area including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work induding cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P, all other matermls required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. 4 Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, tar boiler and other T&P articles including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc. (With H.M.plant) as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. 5 Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etcincluding all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.(With H.M.plant) as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. 6 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement of any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovel,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contaction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where Spefied) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 as per direction of the Engineer-incharge 7 Providing & laying good laterite moorum for filling road flanks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.
