Fabrication of M.S. jall on the suction side of sump well of Batla SPS of size 2 m x 2 m. The jall frame should be made from 50x50x6 mm angle and filled with 16 mm M.S. Square bar at a distance of 50 mm. This work includes cutting, welding grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual Labour i/c fixing of MS jall

Providing of MS girder of size 200x100x5.7 mm on the sump well to hold the load of above said jall in cross section and horizontal total weight of girder is Approx 700 kg. This work includes grouting, cutting, welding grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual Labour including fixing of Girder and grouting as per site requirement

Dismantling of existing damaged/corroded MS jall from sump well with the help of tools, tackles with manual Labour, gas cutter sets and long boom crane and heavy Labour at site

Safety arrangement at site of work with all safety equipment as required to work on sewage pumping station including transportation of safety material and its loading and unloading etc complete for making safety arrangement. The work includes making of temporary platform to work on deep sump well

Painting of complete MS jall with black synthetic enamel paint with minimum two coat including Labour cost as per satisfaction of engineer in charge etc.
