| 1 | Note: 1. Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date.2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay.3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station.4. If any painting works, contractor need to clean the area and remove the drop marks from floor, doors, windows, sills, inbuilt furniture items etc. otherwise a recovery of Rs 10.00 per sqm in internal paintings and Rs 5.00 per sqm for external paintings will be made from contractor.5. Contractor should maintain separate registers for plumbing and carpenter repair works. Day to day complains should be noted in those registers with SI nos of complaints, location, qty of work, status of complaints and signature of incharge and stamp of the office. Format will be given from AGE B/R Office. Contractor should obtain the signature of incharge on the same day of work. These registers to be submitted to JE (Civ) on every weekend without fail.6. List of complaints will be given to contractor on the first week of every month. Contractor should ensure all the works will be completed within that month itself.7. Contractor should ensure that plumbing complaints resulting in wastage of water should be attended and rectified within 24 hours. Otherwise, a recovery of 25% of corresponding item will be made from contractor.8. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items.9. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account.10. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received.11. Complaint for a similar items may be in scattered / different area, quoted rate will be considered all inclusive on this account. |
| 2 | Providing safaiwala for maintenance and cleaning of existing sewerage system, removal of blockages in sewage line(CI,SGSW or SG pipe line)embedded in ground or in vertical position and plumbing system connection from WC,bath,urinal,kitchen etc including cleaning of manholes(any size),gully traps,floor/nahni traps,CI pipes and plumbing work etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level located in defferent situations including to remove all the solid or liquid waste out of MOD land to make the entire area clean and the system is functional as directed by Engr-in-charge.(i) Contractor shall deploy two labour for sewage cleaning work from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs at AGE B&R (AF) Hakimpet on all working days(Except Sunday and Gazetted holidays)(ii) All the tools and plants other allied arrangements including mechanical portable cleaning eqpts or water jetting system as directed for making sewage lines functional will be provided by contractor as directed by Engr-In-charge without any extra cost and cost shall be deemed included with quoted unit rates(iii) Sewage labour will attend day to day complaint received from user through sub division office should attend and complete on the same day and in case of non diployment of sewer labour recovery @ Rs 1000.00/day shall be made from the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. |
