Tender For Construction Work Of Central Verge From Thakurdwara To Gst Building. - Dimantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in- charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet).PWD SOR 2022 17.2.2 2 S/L C:C (1:2:4) with 20 mm stone grit, coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 279 ( a). 3 R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour,tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER PWD SOR2020/283 a .) 4 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening ,cutting ,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level mild steel and medium tensile steel bars DSR 2023 ITEM 5 Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. AS PER PWD SOR 2022 662 NEW ITEM . 6 Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brandand manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work..AS PER PWD SOR 2022 662 NEW ITEM . 7 TUBULAR MARKER SPRING POST OR SPRING BOLLARD S/F of plastic tubular bollard having 700 mm height shall be attached to the pavement to display the minimum 50 mm width of reflective bands to the approaching road users including labour material etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 8 Desposal of refused material/malwa distance up to 8 km etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2020 /231( a). 9 Earth Work in Embankment (lead upto 8 km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50 m lift and 30 m lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 .(AS PERPWD SOR 2022/231( a)+253 (a) S I NO-4.03. 10 Supply & fixing of Linear Oelineator System (LOS) panels made ofMicro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting type XI duly laminated onthin aluminium foil to a unique corrugated shape to provide RetroReflection across wide range of observations and external angles.Eatch LOS panel should be of nominal length of 33 inch and eachridge shall be approximately 0.34 inch high.
