3	SLOTTED ANGLE METAL RACK (MR1) (SIZE:900mm(L)X 450mm(D) X 2100mm(HT) Supplying and Installing in position ofSingle sided slotted angle metal rack made up ofSlotted Angles: of size 40mm X 40mm X 2mm thickness and shelves of size 900mm X 450mm X 1.2 mm thick.The shelves shall be made out of CRCA (Cold rolled close annealed) Sheet not less than 0.9mm thickness with 5 adjustable shelfs including top & bottom. The shelves shall have a load carrying capacity of 80-100kg per shelf (UDL- Uniformly distributed load). Corner Plates of size 81mm X 81mm X 1.2mm shall be provided.Nut & Bolts shall be MS Chrome/ Galvanised with minimum 30 microns. The Inter connections/ Cross supports shall be in 40mm X 40mm X 2mm thick angles with lap joint. The products must be complying to IS: 513 & IS: 1079. All metal parts shallhave powder coat finish within the range of 50-60microns DFT(Dry film thickness) as per approved color. The rear side of the shelves shall be provided with back stiffeners for support. Standwith levelers shall be of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) /PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) bush provided to each module. All material shall be of approved make. Nylon button stopper to hold glass top in position, Nylon bushers etc. complete. All material shall be of approved make. All works complete as per the drawing/ Image, technical specification and direction of the Engineer. (Refer drawing number – IU-IN-201 to IU-IN-204)
6	CENTER TABLE (T2) (SIZE: 1200mm(L) X 750mm(D) X 450mm(HT) Providing and supplying centre table of specified size with top made of 12mm thick toughened bevelled glass and under structure made of 19mm thick Marine ply (IS 710 : 2010) with all exposed edge shall be finished with 1mm thick external laminate with necessary hardware etc. complete. Wire management: Internal Concealed raceways to be provided below work surface with switchboard arrangement for Power & Data along with PVC Wire manager with Grommet / scallops & Individual raceway arrangement for Data/ Power cable. Drawer Pedestal:- The Pedestal Unit will be made of 19mm thick BWP IS : 710 plywood. All the exposed edges will be sealed with 2mm thick PVC Imported edge banding on sides and bottom. 44	CUSHIONED LOUNGE CHAIR (S4)The high back lounge chair shall have overall size of 650 mm width x 720 mm depth x 970 mm height. Seat height shall be 440 mm from ground level. The entire seat, back and the armrest sides shall be made up of moulded PU foam upholstered in fine fabric. A separate cushion uphosltered in different color shall be provided of height atlest 250-300 mm for better comfort. The understructure of the table shall be made from solid wood i.e properly treated & seasoned kiln dried beach wood, finished with clear synthetic PU coating for the best resilence and high durability. The legs and the frame shall be joined together by method of tenon and mortise for durability and better aesthetics. Four legs shall be provided and the cross section of leg at the bottom shall be 35x35 and top shall be 55x35 provided in tappered finish for better looks.
