Tender For (Upgradation Procurement Of Heritage Assets) Sr To Vishnudol, Gaurisagar (2025-26) As Specified; 1 Execution of works 2 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil 4 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete 5 Provision for flat brick soling with common burnt clay non modular bricks including filling joints with local sand 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 7 Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing 9 Repairing, refixing and replacement of items of electric, electronic and plumbing all required accessories for drinking water facility 10 Provision for fitting and fixing of 100 watt focus light and repair of electrical wirings and panel board etc. 11 Provision for supply of good quality 110 ltr dustbins at site 12 Provision for restoration of ancient walls with 20% old bricks and 80% bricks special size bricks(25 x 17 x 4 cm) and lime sand surkhi (1:1:1) mortar with organic materialsMaterials for (32.18 cum) 13 1.
