Reinforcement @ for all rcc work 8 FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. 9 FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts. 10 Providing and fixing brick tile work on outer walls with 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3), including surface preparation, cleaning, and wetting of tiles before fixing, complete as per specifications and directions of the engineer-in-charge. The work includes pointing with cement mortar (1:3), ensuring proper finishing and curing. Additionally, a coat of primer shall be applied over the brick tile work, followed by two coats of weatherproof exterior paint of approved brand and shade. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labor, scaffolding, necessary tools, and carriage for a complete finish. The brick tile shall have a thickness ranging from 12mm with a standard size of 30 x 60 cm or as directed by engineer in charge, a breaking strength of 1300 N, and a density of 220 gm, ensuring durability and suitability for exterior applications.
