AHU inspection door should have View window with perfectly sealed gaksets on either side to ensure air tightness.AHU shall be provided with door limit switch and also door safety GI guard,Insulated SS drain tray, mixing chambers for return air/fresh air, adequate number of access doors and blank off, flexible connection at fan outlet, vibration isolators for fan + motor assembly, internal coving etc.Fan section:The AHU shall be supplied with AHU blower fans with wall mounted EC PLUG Fan complete with BLDC motor & controller,fan wheel rotor mounted, potentiometer for speed control.The Single or multiple fans shall be considered depending upon the capacity of the AHUs (as mentioned above). Auto/Manual operation starter cum control panel should be supplied along with AHU. EC fan incoming supply to be terminated with MCCB and shall be included in the panel for electrical connection of EC fans.(EBM PAPST/ ZIEHL ABEGG)Coil Scetion:Coil sections with 6-row DX type cooling coil having face velocity not over 500 FPM with hidrophlic coating,UV Emitters with reflectors to be fixed on the coil surface with removable extruded aluminium frames,Cooling coil drain shall be constructed of 18G Stainless steel single skin with 19mm nitrile insulation beneath the pan.
