    Tender For State Plan-2025-26-Supply And Erection Of 2 Nos Of 50 Hp Vfd Starter At 11 Mld Vengara -General Electrical Work - OD229252/2024-2025:Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of reputed make CE marked VFD starter with two year warranty and having 97% or above efficiency Designed for driving pump having 169A or above current rating suitable for driving 50HP 3 phase 415v motor with inbuilt starter and motor protection, the VFD starter shall support a cable length of min 50m without any additional output choke complying to EN/IEC 61800-3 category c3 or c2 (EMC),forced convection type cooling (using air), with IP 20 or above degree of protection, the drive should be supplied with advanced keypad with multi-line Graphical display and multiple function keys editable Home views which can be fixed to the panel door, the drive should have with built in 2nd generation AC or DC swinging choke or capacitor for harmonic mitigation confirming to category 3 or 2,there should be optional communication protocol support for PROFIBUS, ModbusTCP, Ethernet/IP, The drive shall have USB interface for PC and freely downloadable PC tool for configuration or life time license of software should be provided by the supplier, Drive shall have option to extend input, outputs, Drive shall have option to connect inputs for motor temperature measurement, the product should be certified to Underwriters Laboratories (UL) or Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (cUL),CE, RoHS and the VFD should conform to 2006/95/EC Low Voltage Directive and 2004-108/EC EMC directive, The VFD starter should have Pre-programmed Protections for Over current, Short Circuit, Over voltage, Under voltage, Output Device (IGBT) Over temperature or thermal protection for starter, phase imbalance protection, Motor Over temperature Protection , motor short circuit. rate include laying suitable size as per rules cable from distribution board to starter and fabrication of suitable size panel for fixing the VFD starter
