| 2 | Engineering, Procurement, for work Re-carpeting of Runway , Taxiways, city side roads ,Constriction of Emergency Road (from Runway end to crash gate),road towards the bomb colling pit fire pit & DVOR, reconstruction ofRESA, blast bad ,Peripheral Road ,CD work , Storm water drain, Watch Towers, Preparation of Runway basic strip, SITC of electrical system , provision of internal water distribution system and other ancillary works at Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Nanded Airport, Maharashtra. including site preparation works, 2 Years Defect Liability Period at Nanded Airport as per Master plan, Specifications, Codes & Practices contained in the Tender Document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by FAA, ICAO, DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM / CNS / IMD / BCAS regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements complete as required.Construction of the Project/Work on the Site set forth in Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D and Special Conditions of Contract, if any. Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this AgreementGeneral Requirements – Cost of Preliminaries, Mobilization, Site Management including Provisions of Work Programme under the Contract, Safety & Environmental Management, Statutory Requirements, Insurances & Bank Guarantees, Temporary Site Office & Labour Camp/ Facilities, Provision of Drawings/ Testing & Commissioning Procedures/ O & M Manuals/ Quality Assurance Plan etc all as per the contract including establishment and removal of all temporary facilities as per the requirements of MADC and Statutory Agencies standards. |
