Tender For Laying And Jointing Of Hdpe D.I. Pipe Construction Of Ponding Works Under Magh Mela 2026 - LAYING & JOINTING OF R.C.C./HDPE/D.I. PIPE, CONSTRUCTION OF PONDING, KACHCHI NALI AND APPURTENANT WORKSUNDER MAGH MELA 2025-26 (Package 1 & 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 Quantity attached in tender doucment) 2 Excavation of earth in all type of soils for laying of RCC hume pipe etc. and its refilling including excavation required for dismantling the pipe and other appurtenant works etc after the mela is over and refilling of trenches and reinstatement of the site to its original position also including maintenance during mela period as per specification and instruction of the Engineer in charge. 3 From G.L. to 1.5 m depth below G.L. & including disposal of surpluse earth and lead upto 50 m. 4 From 1.5 to 3.0 m depth & including disposal of surplus earth and lead upto 50m 5 Collection of the pipes from stores, carting and lowering into the trenches including excavation to the depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge, laying and jointing of the following size of H.D.P.E./PVC/DI pipes on rental basis including maintenance of the same during mela period and dismantling after mela completion including submission of pipes and other materials at store and levelling of ground. 6 355 mm HDPE pipes 7 315 mm HDPE pipes 8 250 mm HDPE pipes 9 200 mm HDPE pipes 10 160 mm HDPE pipes 11 140 mm HDPE pipes 12 110 mm HDPE pipes 13 110 mm PVC pipes 14 Same as above SR. No.- 1.04 but DI pipe mm dia 15 Laying of 600 mm dia D.I. pipe for heavy rain 16 Laying of 500 mm dia D.I. pipe for heavy rain 17 Provide all materials, labour T&P etc. required to construct M.H. chamber in P.C. mortar in local sand mortar (on rental basis) including covering the same with stone/ RCC over (on rental basis) Maintenance during meal, dismantling after mela is over. 18 Upto 1.5m depth (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.60) 19 From 1.5 to 3.0 depth 20 Taking delivery of RCC/HDPE/DI pipe from U. P. Jal Nigam store, placing the same in front of gate of various Ashrams and Sansthans for drainage purpose maintaining upto the mela period and dismantling the same after the mela, returning to Jal Nigam store after washing and clearing complete 21 150 mm to 200 mm dia C.I./D.I. Barral/H.D.P.E. 22 Excavation in all type soil for ponding work required for storing waste water and filling excavated earth watering & ramming to make protecting wall barricading with bamboos & bullies and danger ribbon along sides of nala/ pond in magh mela area. As per direction of enginer incharge and refilling of same in pond after mela is over including maintenanc during mela period and also cleaning of pond / Nala as required. 23 Supply of sand filled PVC cement bags of good quality & good condition duly filled with local sand properly stiching with calcutta sutli and placing at side of nala to construct protective wall along nala/ pond waste water including cost of cement bags on rental basis, labour charges T&P etc. and placing as per directionfo Engineer incharge during magh mela period/ read justing including maintenance during mela periodbe replacing / readjusting sand bag. 24 Supply of polythene sheet 120 micron thickness including it placing and removing after mela period
