    Tender For Shifting And Itc Of 1No. 15 Kva Ea Set From Te Palacode To Te Pulikarai Dharmapuri Dismantling 15/20 KVA EA set with acoustic enclosure from existing position i/c dismantling the cabling, earthing, control panel, fuel tank,, cleaning the CC bed, taking out the EA set from the EA bed in TE Pulikarai with all accessories and associated items and keeping the same in The Safe places at Exchange premises for Scrapping at future i/c handling etc., as required. 1 Job 2 Shifting and transportation of the 15 KVA EA set from TE Palacode (Eicher ) to TE Pulikarai (to & fro distance 30 km) by arranging heavy vehicle and tools and plant,, including loading and un loading etc as reqd. 1 Job 3 Supplying and Laying of 4x25 sq.mm Aluminium conductor steel armoured UG Cable on surface of wall/panel etc as reqd. Providing end termination to above 4x25 sq.mm Al UG Cable with brass compression gland including crimping the sockets etc as reqd. 2 Sets 5 Extending the Earth conductor, removing old earth connection and giving New connection, removing the Old Power cabling etc., as reqd. 1 Job 6 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above 15 KVA EA set with all accessories and testing with exchange load for half an Hour (Diesel will be provided by Exchange Authorities ), recording the parameters etc as reqd., 1 Job 7 S/F stainless steel door hinges for EA set acoustic canopy door including dismantling the faulty fixing the new etc., as required. 2 Nos 8 Carrying out Oil servicing for the existing 15KVA Engines with replacement of Lub oil Filter, Diesel Filter and Lub Oil 15W/40 of reqd., qty etc as reqd.
