Tender For Beautification Work Of The Pond Next To The Office In Ward No. 14 Of Nagar Panchayat Uruwa - Site clearence / Layout including all labours, T&P etc complete. 2 Dewatring of cleaing of pound by 5.5 HP diesal opreated pump 3 Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete.300 MM DIA: 4 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the space between the building and side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge. As per S.I. No. 251 5 Filling infoundation trenches and plinth in layer not exceeding 150 mmthick well watered rammed ,fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained form excavtion of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 Mall complete as per building specification and direction ofE/I ( Mode of measurement compacted volume). 6 Earth work in filling in ordinary soil by cartageupto 5.00 Km including loading,Unloading & stacking. 7 Sand filling in the plinth including supply of necessary quality of sand from a distance not exceding 8.00 Km from the site of work and including watering and dressing etc. Rate includes cost of material labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 255. 8 Providingdesignation 75Bbrick work in C. M (1:4)in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joint cost of screening materialsranking out joint to 15 mm depth curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 9 Cement concrete with 4cm gauge Stone ballast sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.No. 281 10 R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3in R.C.C. Slab, excluding supply of steel and its bending but including fixing and binding the same with 24 B. W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including s/o all materials required for proper comletion of the work. As per S.I. No. 284A 11 Lighter Beam and Plinth Beam 12 Slab 13 Column/RCC WALL 14 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced cement concrete (when not included in over all rate) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work, supply of steel, all labour etc. required and including wastage bend, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured. As per s.i.no. 504 15 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and C/sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 303+309+310 16 15mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and fine sand of 2.25 FM over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. (including racking & washing surface) 17 Laying of 25mm thikc KOTA STONE of size 45cm x 45cm and above flooring over previously prepared base with 20 mm thick 1:3 cement & sand mortar including filling joints with all complete work. 18 Excavation in foundation soil including left upto 1.50 metre and lead upto 30.00 metre 7 filling , watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation of trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth 19 Earth work in filling in ordinary soil by cartage upto 5.00 Km including loading,Unloading & stacking. 20 Cement concrete in 1:4:8cement, approved sand and 40mm stone ballast in foundation including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 21 Class 150 sub class-A brick work in 1:4 (1Cement,: 4 Coarse sand of 2.25 F.M.) mortar in Foundation & Plinth i/c supply of all materials T&P etc requeired for proper completion of work. 22 Struck pointing in 1:2 with cement & fine sand mortar etc complete. 23 Brick solling with straight over burnt bricks laid flat and dry including prepration of subgrade to precribed camber and including supply of brick , filling joint with local earth , spreading blinding coat of 1cm (3/8) depth of local earth of P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entries surface and including labour,T&P etc. required proper completions of the work.SI No.762(a) 24 Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded materials spreading in uniform thickness layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at O.M.C. & compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive desired as MORD 401 spec. 25 Providing and laying of factory made 80mm thick colour (50% Grey and 50% Colour) rubber moulded Interlocking Cement Concrete tiles (30Mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking tiles levelling & dressing of surface to required level & slope filling joints with fine sand including the cost of materials , labour,T&P required for proper completion fo work as directed by engineer- in-charge.(NEW ITEM) 26 ADD 1 % Contingencies 27 GST ADD 18%
