    development and Repair of (07 Nos) Non-Functional Mark-II hand pumps at various locations in District Rajouri under District Capex Budget 2025-26- Re-development of 125 mm dia. bore hole by way of shifting of air compressor to the site of work along with all accessories. Clearance of site in an around complex, cutting, leveling and dressing of grounds. Dismantling of Mark-II hand pump and extraction of riser pipes, connecting rods and cylinder/motor along with pipe. Deployment of rig machine along with air compressor and lowering rod length for redevelopment of the bore hole by cleaning bottom to top and again from top to bottom. Till the availability of clear water. The job also includes cost of material such as jointing material nuts and bolts, POL etc. the job includes cost of material and labour charges 2 Re-installation of hand pump by way of replacement of damaged riser pipes/ connecting rods/Cylinder/ other material if required and testing of hand pump. The complete job include the loading/unloading of material at site, handling, labour cost. (Rebate on Parts)
