Tender For Provision Of Porta Cabin (02 Nos) And Vertical Covering Of Parking Shed At Dg (Ace) Office Pashan, Pune.; 1 Structural steel work reveted, bolted or welded in built up esctions, trusses and framed work, including cuting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 2 Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mmdiameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of steets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or corved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 3 1.00 mm thick zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 4 Providing and fixing of Porta Cabin of size 20ft x 10ft x 8ft x 6 inch height with the following specifications:- Shell:- Fabricated of good quality steel duly welded, comprising of base frame, with self draining roof, entry doors and windows as per required. Base:- Frame shall be of pressed Mild steel I channel section of 100x50mm, corner of 50x50mm suare pipe and cross member of sectionn 80x40mm squire pipe. Side and End walls:- The side and end frame shall be of pressed section of profiles/pillars of sufficient strength. Exterior wall is 1mm Galvanised corrugated sheet and 8mm MDF baord will be used for interior walls, sheet shall be contineously welded to top side and bade structure for proper strength and all gaps will be proper seated to prevent moisture. Flooring:-On the bottom 18mm thick V board shall be fixed with shelf tapping screws. Vinyl flooring with wooden finish shall be fixed on the panel. Roof:- Roof shall be of GI heet with proper slope. Insulation:- 25mm thick glass wool insulation for all wall & 25 mm thick glass wool insulation on roof.Paint:- Exoxy primer and 2 coat paint shall be provided.Inner Panelling:- The interior shall beaesthetically finished to give custom built appearance with extremely high quality workmanship. All corners finished with Aluminium sections.Main Entry Door:- The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as well as panels. The door shall have provision for locking with separate handles on both sides of the door as required.Aluminium Window:- Sliding Aliminium powder coated windows shall be provided of 4 mm thick aluminium section black glass fitted in it.Electrical system:- All Electrical wiring of 1.5 mm copper cable concealed for lightiening and 2.5 mm for main electrical supply for AC.
