Tender For Geotechnical Investigation At Jd Entrance At Chennai Port For Strengthening And Upgradation Of Jd Entrance Walls At Chennai Port; 1 Mobilisation :Mobilisation of Jackup patform/Pontoons/ marine crafts / Boats/ Staging patform/and all related accessories/ Soil Boring/ drilling rigs including all its accessories, field/insitu Soil test equipment and all its accessories for carrying out Soil Investigation in all types of Soil ,suitable survey vessel and Survey equipment’s and its accessories at site for identifying borehole positions, taking levels and coordinates before commencement of drilling/boring etc including tripod, pulley, winches, hydraulic power pack, pumps, drilling accessories, generator, safetyprovisions, taxes, permissions and approvals, men and material, consumables including all, except GST 2 De -mobilisation :De -mobilisation of Jackup patform/Pontoons/ marine spreads / Boats/ Staging patform/and all related accessories/ Soil Boring/ drilling rigs including all its accessories, field/insitu Soil test equipment and all its accessories for carrying out Soil Investigation in all types of Soil ,survey vessel, survey equipment’s and its accessories at site for identifying borehole positions, taking levels and coordinates before commencement of drilling/boring etc including tripod, pulley, winches, hydraulic power pack, pumps, drilling accessories, generator, safetyprovisions, taxes, permissions and approvals, men and material, consumables including all, except GST 3 LAND BOREHOLES- 8 Nos 4 Shifting and positioning of drilling equipment, site preparation including clearing concrete blocks at the proposed location, along with all accessories from one Borehole location to another including assembly and erecting the rig at location, includes equipment etc all completeexcept GST 5 Drilling 150mm (6”) diameter vertical boreholes in offshore in all types of soils other than rock up to a depth of (-)30m CD or upto the depth as indicated by engineer incharge.Collecting SPT and UDS samples by following IS codal provisions at specified intervals by using casing, rods, pipes, etc and storing in one litr / kg /glass/plastic jars at site serially depthwise, and transporting the same to laboratory immediately for conducting the relevant tests. Samples shall be logged with information such as bore hole no, date of collection, area, bed levels, coordinates etc, and as directed by Engineer in charge, which includes all labour and materials etc. except GST 6 Conducting Standard Penetration Test (SPT) and collecting disturbed Soil sample as per IS code of practice in all bore holes at 1.5 m interval upto a depth of (-) 30m CD below bed levelor upto a hard surface where SPT N values are shown Refusal successively two times, till the termination depth, whichever is earlier. Collecting disturbed soil samples from SPT samplers, furnishing the field test results, packing, preserving, transporting to the laboratory immediately etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer which includes all labour, tools, and plants but excluding GST. 7 Collecting 100mm diameter Undisturbed Samples in cohesive layers at 1.5m interval or wherever the cohesive strata is encountered. by conforming the specifications as per tender and IS codes of practice at site, and preservation of samples etc., and as directed by the Engineerincluding all labour, tools, and plants but excluding GST 8 CONDUCTING LABORATORY TESTS: Conducting Laboratory tests as per relevant IS codes of practice on the test samples collected in field,furnishing the test results, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer all includes, except GST. 9 MARINE BOREHOLES-6 Nos(a) Shifting and positioning of Jackup barge/Jackup patform from one Borehole location to another including assembly and erecting the rig at location, mooring the craft, includes equipment etc all completeexcept GST(b) Shifting and positioning of floating pontoon / Marine crafts from one Borehole location to another including assembly and erecting rig at location, mooring the craft, includes equipment etc all complete except GST(c) Shifting and positioning the staging platformfrom one Borehole location to another including assembly and erecting the rig at location, mooring the craft, includes equipment etc all complete except GST 10 Drilling 150mm (6”) diameter vertical boreholes in offshore in all types of soils other than rock up to a depth of(-)30m CD or upto the depth as indicated by engineer incharge.
