Tender For Maintenance Of Link Road From Birdha To Satarvas Under Kums Lalitpur - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in Ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding royality) SI No. 253 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 45-63mm gauge stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 80-100 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requiste type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per technical specification clause 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 22.4-53mm gauge stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 80-100 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requiste type of screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per technical specification clause 4 Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of raod surface any spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means. As per M.O.R.T.&H. specification clause 5.1 SI No -502 5 Providing and Applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Pressiure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 III 6 Providing and laying 20 mm thick open-graded premix carpet using Bitumen VG-10 composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates to required line, grade and evel II serve as per MORD Specific 508Clause 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 8 Providing and laying of 350 mm dia NP-3 Humepipe including cost of pipe, loading, unloading and transportation upto site of workalso including cost all materials, labour & T&P, etc. required for proper completion of the work. 9 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 4cm (1.5) gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in Slab work of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixingand bindingthe same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
