The contractor shall upload/submit the scanned copy of corrospondance done with OEM for obtaining MOU from OEM alongwith tender document, failing which the tender application/bid wil be summarily rejected. The contractor shall also submit the physical copy of copy of corrospondance done with OEM for obtaining MOUfrom OEM alongwith their application and DD in the office of tender inviting auhority prior to bid opening date.(ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included the minor spares required for smooth functioning of the lift and any major items such as door sen sors, batteries for ARD, cabin lights and cabin fans if required shall be measured in relevant items of the schedule.(iii)The contractor shall deploy a team of qualified and well experienced Technician on daily basis and carry out regular checks and preventive maintenance of the lifts. The team shall also attend to all emergency call services and shall ensure safe recovery of any passenger traped inside the lift. The elevators shall be made available 24X7and In no case the lifts shall be kept non operational for more than 08 hours since defects reported. In case the contractor failed to keep the elevators operational beyond the specified time limit a penal recovery of twice the quoted rate shall be levied. (iv) The contractor shall ensure all safety guidelines are duly adhered to and shall not be compromised in any circumstances. Location:-13 passenger lift of make Escon Elavator, serving ground+3 upper floor and installed at D J Block AFMC, Pune. 26 Comprehensive Maintenanceof lift : (Routine, preventive, breakdown) keeping the lift and its connected equipments in serviceable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/condition for the undermentioned lift of any make and capacity , types (geared or gearless, auto or mannual operated with or without VVVF drive system with or without ARD system and including control panel etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed. Location :- 04 passenger lift of make Monarch Elevator, serving Ground+2 and installed at Main building AFMC,Pune. 27 Notes for Ser. Item No 6.00 to 8.00 above :-(a) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all spares except specifically catered separately in BOQ items herein- under for the smooth and defect free, satisfactory functioning of lift. (b) Contractor is responsible for testing and Inspection of EACH Lift from Lift Inspector and production of test Certificate of lift inspector and paste copy of respective lift in lift as directed. and testing complete all as specified and directed. 31 Taking out old unserviceable V3F microprocessor and main drive of any type and S&F V3F micro processor full collective controller with ARD & V3F disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 13mm dia, galvanised 8/19 construction including making necessary connection with weight, pulley and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. 37 Taking out existing unserviceable governor/ safety steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 8mm dia, galvanised 8/19 construction, including making necessary connection with weight, pulley and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. to the State Electrical Inspector Office for carrying out the Inspection of the lifts and if any obsns taken by the State Electrical Inspector during Inspection shall be rectifyed by the contractor in due time and get clearance from the State Electrical inspector.(ii) The Inspection cerificate shall be displayed inside the elevator car at an convenient height duly photoframed and one copy shall be submitted to the department.
