Tender For Repair work of link road from Lebia to Mahmudpur via Jhujhela - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in oridinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5 M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lifts and 30 M lead,including its loading, unloading, carriage and all labour andT&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M distance as directed by E-in-Charge. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 to 1-0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 gradeusing bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration bitumen or emulsion torequired line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as peras per Technical Specification Clause 508. 7 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 8 Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 3:1.5:1 in pavementas per design thick for c.c. road coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture/plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity &appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of material & concrete etc. as per new Item 4og Ch 20 9 Excavation in foundation in ordinry soil (Loam Clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 m all completion of the work (Sl No.251)U Type Drain 10 Concrete with the 4.00 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 finess modulus and cement in the proporation 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor including supply and material all completion of the work (SI No.273) 11 M- 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and approved Coarse Sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Required for the proper completion of the work. (SI. No. 307A) 12 Cement concrete with 2.00Cm gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all mateirals, labour and T&P etc. Required for the proper completion of the work.(S.I. 279A)Top 13 12 mm thick plaster with cement and and approved coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10m all completion of the work (SI No.584) 14 BOE on edge dry i/c supply of all material labour and t&p etc required for proper completion of the work (SI NO 762 B) 15 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class (M-150) Brick on edge laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Supplying & Fixing of retro reflective sign board with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (HIP type IV) as per approved design & drawing. Retro Reflective (HIP type IV) sign board warranty upto 7 years.
