Credit to HITES for taking away/buyback existing 02 Nos. 6 Passenger Lifts including cleaning the site complete, as per satisfaction of E-I-C of HITES.The following operations are to be done as per details given in scope of work. • Dismantling/Demolition of the existing 2 nos of Lifts). • Disposal of debris/unserviceable material/malba generated on site.Note: All other charges including necessary permissions, Local Municipal Dumping ground /Recycling charges, Traffic NOC, or any other statutory charges for Dismantling, Demolition and Disposal etc shall be borne by the Contractor.

SITC of 02 Nos. 6 Passenger Lifts including dismantling of Existing 2 Nos Lifts and associated civil works Including Annual Maintenance Cost of 12 months (DLP Period) after successful completion and handover of Lifts and obtaining lift license as per Statutory Authorities. Lift Make: OTIS/ Kone / Mitsubishi/ Schindler / ThyssenKrupp (TK Elevator)

Annual Maintenance Cost beyond 12 months (post DLP) as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.
