Tender For Conversion Of Tennis Court Into 03 Nos. Pickle Ball Court With(08-Layers) Synthetic Flooring; 1 The work for construction of 08 layer synthetic pickle ball court would involve following works: Drawing enclosed) 2 12 mm Plastering the court with cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as required to give proper level and slope 3 Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC / PCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.Applying SBR polymer for bonding of plaster with P.C.C 4 Removal of existing pole of tennis court by dismantling concrete and restoring the floor by concreting the same with1:2:4 Complete work in all respect 5 P/F of 4 nos. Light poles of min 6m Ht. and suitable diameter with arrangements to mount min three flood lights with foundation and required water proof MCB box for the operation of the lightsincluding the require MCB etc. as per the load and connecting it to the feeder pillar of existing lights of thecourteach pole should have minimum 2 flood lights of 150 w Flood Light of Approved Make ( Philips/ Havel’s/Wipro/Bajaj/ As Approved ) each as per thesite requirement including wiring for same. 6 Supply and installation of standard size pickle ball post with net. Note: The frame/ pole and net should be portable with wheels and made of up heavy frame.For 03 nos. synthetic pickle ball court. 1 Set will include two poles, Net and center support for the net 7 Stabilizing the existing chain link fencing at the desired location to isolate all three courts with Green Net of Quality as Approved including the tensile steel wire to extend across he courts for green net curtain partition, including the required plastic clamps with curtain rings to move aside the green net partition to separate the three courts complete as per the requirement at site and to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. This includes the Pulley and locking arrangement welding to keep the hanging wire in tension to take the load of complete partition green net. The pole/ Structure may need stabilization at the pully and locking arrangement area with required Bracings/ built up pipe structure to take the tension of the Tension wire for Green net curtain. 8 Making groove/ grinding ( what soever required) to create groovein entire Existing cemented court over the Grid made up of glass/ pVC strips in concrete base as can be seen inthe pics to avoidthe generation of cracks in grid form after laying of synthetic layer and filling the prepared grooves with required filler to avoid future cracks. 9 Providing and laying of 08 layers (each) of synthetic flooring ITF classified including Acrylic (PMMA) and/ or polyurethane (PU) based coating with rubber filler/aggregate etc. whatever required as per the condition of the site for proper levelling & finishing of the court as per the Applicable standards with proper cushion as per specification and up to the satisfaction of user department.
