Tender For Coating Work From Khuthan-Khuthan Pitch Road Towards Rajiv Yadavs House - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 2 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. G-2 as per technical specification clause 405 3 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.G-3 as per technical specification clause 405. 4 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolling as per technical specification clause 412 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical means 502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 usingbitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503. 7 Providing & laying 20mm thick P.C. overexisting WBM surface and including p/l of Prime Coat @ 0.75Kg./Sqm & Tack Coat @ 0.35Kg./Sqm by bitumen emlusion, With graded approved quarry grit (0.018Cum 13.2mm nominal size and 0.009cum 11.2mm nominal size grit and as per P.W.D. specification as per direction of E/I. 8 Cleaning the Premix surface and laying Seal Coat of graded 2.36mm nominal size approved quarry grit @ 0.006cum per Sqm with 80/100 bitumen @ 0.68Kg./Sqm including heating the bitumen to required temp. including cost of grit, labour, T&P for proper completion of work. As per P.W.D. specification & as per direction of E/I. 9 Providing and laying of applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick 10 cm wide 10 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culvert on first class bending of granuar material in single row including fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry. 11 S/F of Sign Board
