    Tender For Mill & Boiler House,Boiling House And Etp Fabrication And Erection Work - Description of work to be done at the Mill House (Lot 1)Fitting the plumber block of the tail end sprocket on the IRC side plate and conducting a satisfactory trial.Fabricate the IRC racks according to the provided sample or drawing and conduct a satisfactory trial.Repair the bent bottom/top TRPF cover and conduct a satisfactory trial.Cut and remove the waffle plate on the fly ash arrester and install the provided new plate and conduct a satisfactory trial.Details of work to be done at the Boiling House (Lot 2)Cut and replace the weak shell of the juice sulphiterator with the provided 6/8 mm plate and conduct a leak-proof and satisfactory trial.Cut and remove the door compartment arm and install it with the provided pipe after fabricating it and conducting a satisfactory trial.Cutting and removing the corroded bottom corner of the drum and fitting it with a new 8/10 mm plate.Fabricating and fitting a new hopper for the lime slaker according to the sample and giving it a satisfactory trial.Repairing the frame of the drum scraper and replacing the scraper for a satisfactory trial.Fabricating and fitting a band from the supplied 12-inch MS pipe for a satisfactory leak-proof trial.Cutting and removing the corroded ring from the body of the 1750 batch type machine and fitting a new ring from the supplied SS plate for a satisfactory trial.Repairing the outlet pipe of the molasses chamber of the Continuous machine for a satisfactory trial.Patching the weak and damaged parts of the front and bank covers of the crystallizer with the supplied 8/10/12 SM plates for a leak-proof and satisfactory trial.Work of replacing weak and damaged parts of Mascot and Molasses gutter with Di Hudra 8/8 mm plate to give leak proof satisfactory trial.
