Breaking the damaged RCC foundation block with the help of Chisel, concrete cutter, electric jack hammer, tools / tackles. Cutting of steel members with the help of cutter step wise during the process of breaking the RCC block and stacking.Completely removal of broken concrete, soil and TMT bars from pump room in such way that the machinery and electric equipments of other pumping machinery are not damaged/ effected. Disposal of salvage of dismantled foundation away from pumping room up to the distance of 100 m at such place where irrigation land and water source is not polluted.Laying of new RCC foundation block ofsizelength –– 6 ftx width- 3 ftx depth- 4 ft ( As per the size of base frame) by way of making surface even for laying of new RCC foundation block. Fabrication of steel mesh out of 10 mm TMT bars members placed vertically and horizontally at an equidistance of 6 inches. Laying of 6 inch concrete base at the bottom to level the surface.Placing of fabricated iron mesh in foundation pit and levelling / aligning it with the pumping unit .Fabrication and grouting of 6 No. foundation bolts of size 2.5 ft in foundation block. Laying of RCC foundation blockby filling the concrete in the ratio of 1:1.5:3. The size of the block above the ground level should be of original size and alignment in respect of suction and delivery pipes. The block shall be filled with rich mixture of concrete with using vibrator for compaction. The entire block as one unit is to be laid in such a way that it can damp all types of mechanical vibrations created by dynamic load of pumping unit without causing any defect to the pumping unit as well as to the block itself. Fixing of the base frame after levelling and fastening with foundation bolts. Complete job includes cost of material such as cement, sand, steel, shuttering charges, charges for concrete mixture, vibrator chargesand labour charges of skilled as well as semi skilled labour, curing charges.The material has to be carried on head load from road side to lift irrigation station. Removing of suction pipeline from installed position by way of excavation of earth, concrete up pipe level and dismantling of existing suction pipeline by way of cutting rusted, damaged nuts, bolts with gas welding. Providing, fitting of 13 number MS plate flanges of 250 mm internal diameter with suction pipe at different lengths. Welding of the flanges at the ends of pipes with double layered welding to avoid any leakages as per site conditions. Fastening of suction pipeline with pumping unit using nuts, bolts and rubber gasket. Fabrication of one number MS bend of required angle as per alignment of suction pipeline from 250 mm diameter MS Pipe with welding of 250 mm diameter MS plate flanges on both ends of bend. Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets between each MS flange joint. Fastening of each length of suction pipe with hexagonal nuts and hexagonal bolts. The job also includes the laying of concrete saddle block of size 1.5 ft x 1.5ft x 3ft for the support of suction pipe. The job also includes providing, fabrication and fittingof MS expander and offset reducer of required size to connect pump with suction and delivery.Providing and fitting of new 250 mm diametercast iron, flanged foot valve ( L&T, Kirloskar, KSB/Reputed make/ ISI mark)) with pressure rating of PN 0.2, the door face should consists of rubber with reinforcement of cotton canvas, after replacing existing damaged foot valve by cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cuttingat intake source. Job includes providing of new nuts, bolts and rubber gasket.Providing and fitting of 250 mm diameter sluice valve after replacing existing sluice valve of way of cutting rusted nut, bolts with gas cutter. Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron sluice valve valve ( L&T, Kirloskar, KSB/Reputed make/ ISI mark)with PN 1.6 on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline.Providing and fitting of 250 mm diameter cast iron non return valve after replacing existing non return valve by way of cutting rusted nut, bolts with gas cutter.Providing and fitting of flanged ends cast iron non return valve ( L&T, Kirloskar, KSB/Reputed make/ ISI mark) with PN 1.6 on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline.Providing and fitting of 1/2 mm dia ball valve of reputed make for pumping unit to be installed at LIS Didwara. Job includes closing of inlet pipe housing of unit no 1 properly by way of filling concreting/strengthening to makeit leak proof so that during flood , outer water could not enter to pump room through housing suction inlet.Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type star delta starter for 60 HP motor compatible with pumping unit no.2at Lift irrigation station Didwara The starter should consists of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of 1 no. of 200A MCCB of 50KA cut rating (L&T/ Havells/Siemens/ reputed make), single phase preventer, 2 no’s of 110 A contactors (L&T/Havells/ABB/ reputed make), 1 no. 70 A contactor, 1 no. (L&T/Havells/ABB/ reputed make) along with auxiliary contacts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1,over load relay, timer, one number volt meter and ampere meter , on / off switch, phase indicators etc. The job includes fitting of starter on the concrete platform of required size.The job also includes dismantling of existing starter by disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing connections. Fitting of the new starter on the frame fabricated out of MS angle by means of welding and grouting the base of the frame inside the floor through digging earth and laying in position.Providing and fitting of 35 sq mm copper cable from starter to motor Havells/ KEI / Polycab/ Reputed make – 6 no ‘s of 5 meter each in length andthimbling the copper cables with 35 sq mm copper thimbles with help of crimping tool and cover the flexible copper cable with heavy duty PVC sleeve.The job further includes providing and fitting of 50sq mm of copper cable from panel to starter –3 no.s cables (Havells/ KEI / Polycab/ Reputed make) of 6 meter each and properly thimbling the flexible copper cable with copper thimbles of appropriate size with help of crimping tool. Cover the flexible copper cable with PVC sleeve.TheJob further includes electrification of pump room building by using standard quality material as per site requirement for lighting and power circuit by supplying and fixing of PVC rectangular ducting pipe(Battens)for wiring of 20mmx12mm size of required length for various lightening fixtures and switches. Job also includes laying of 1.5mm square PVC insulated copper electrical wire 90m of reputed make for various connections. Providing and fitting of LED lights reputed make 4no.s inside of pump room, providing and fitting of 16 Amp power socket and 6 Amp charging socket of reputed make. Providing and fitting of 32 Amp MCB/main switch (L&T/ Havells/Siemens/ reputed make) for lighting and power circuits. Job also includes fitting of flood lights of 50 watts 3no.s of reputed/ISI make outside of pump room for illumination of approach path and sump. Job also includes skilled labour charges, tools& tackles and other electrical accessories used for electrification purpose.The job further includes complete painting of the exposed suction pipeline by way of first preparing the surface by sandpaper and then applying one coat of primer and then two coats of paint.Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi skilled labour, transportation charges, carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load, repair cost of pump room damaged due to new pipeline and pump installation, hire charges of tools and tackles, crane charges, carriage and labour charges etc. The firm shall offer rebate on old material (except foot valve, motor, starter, pump, sluice valve and Non return valve)Note:-The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions.
