Carriage of material inside the pump room by head load using skilled labour, tools and tackles.Fabrication and fitting of MS base plate of 32”x32” sizes of 20-25mm thickness on the existing foundation girder having provision for mounting the pump and motor on them to counter any vibrations of pumping units after checking proper levelling at LIS KatalBatal.Lowering of new pump set by way of lowering pump assembly with line shaft, column pipes and spider sets. Connecting the column pipes by using superior quality fasteners/flanging and line shaft with requisite socket. Lowering all the column pipes with allied material including sleeves. Fitting of the top shaft, fitting of discharge head connecting the delivery line to rising main by way of fabrication work and by P/F of 10” dia sluice valve, reflux valve 01 no each along with new nuts, bolts, gasket joints, flanges and reducer if required. The job may involve amendment in the delivery line/manifold as per requirement by way of cutting, fabricating and welding at site. Providing and filling of M.oil in the ratchet assembly, fitting the motor and connecting it with pump through motor stool and coupling pulley. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of dry type star delta auto starter/ panel( L & T / Havells make) of appropriate HP having all protections suitable to run the 05cusecx35mtr head pump (L & T / Havells make) at LIS Katal Batal for new pumping unit. The starter panel should consist of sheet metal enclosure inclusive of single phase preventer, 3 no. contactors of appropriate rating, relay, timer, one no. voltmeter, one no. ammeter, on /off switch, phase indicators etc. The panel should have bus bar distribution faculty for unit 1, 2&3 also. Giving all the electric connections from motor to panel by way of P/F of 50mm2 multi strand copper cable of 50mtrs length approximately along with thimble of appropriate rating/size and complete insulation. Also P/F of 70mm2 multi strand copper cable of 30mtrs length approximately along with thimble of appropriate rating for giving connection from stabilizer to panel testing on full load.Complete job. includes cost of material including rebate on old scrap excluding pump and motor, consumable, handling, loading, unloading, transportation charge, labour charges for both skilled /semi-skilled labour and hiring charges for Crane , tripod stand, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site and shifting of extracted old pumping machinery to divisionalstore MID or any other suitable store as directed by executive engineer at Jammu
