    Annual Rate Contract For Repairs Of Failed Power Transformers In Pune Zone Assembly of complete transformer including cleaning of core, winding tank, conservator, yoke etc., re-assembly of all active parts after necessary repairs drying in the oven, providing the terminal connections of HT and LT to bushing and tap changer, tanking, filling oil, filtration of oil, welding if necessary, changing of all gaskets, damaged hard ware and cleaning , overhauling of OLTC etc. and testing of complete transformer with OLTC for all routine testes as per latest amended ISS No. 2026 (oil to be supplied by MSEDCL) LS Material 20000 22000 LS Labour 8 Supply and replacement of following parts/material if required 1) H.V.
