    Tender For Repairs To Cors Stations In Gujarat (Item-Rate Contract).; 1 Skirting around CORS base to be made with curb stones with painting matching with the platform floor colour. ( As per Annexure 1 – sl. No. 2.1) 2 Providing and laying polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the structure all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick granite slabs over 20 mm (avg.) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry, joints pointed with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade , including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as per specified and as directed by the officer of SOI. Granite slab color: Cherry/Lakha Red. 3 Polished Granite stone slab color of Cherry/Ruby Red (or equivalent). It is informed that existing platform is of 8ft x 10 ft in size. 4 Finishing Pillar (1ft x 1 ft x 7 ft) with Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint (ivory/cream) 5 Surface Preparation – Removing Existing Paint: Removing dry or oil-bound distemper, water-proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, cracks, etc. complete. 6 Fencing Painting (including concertina coil) with Synthetic Enamel (Old Work): Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade silver grey colour 7 One or more coats on old works 8 Red tinted cemented Paved Block to be fixed on height upto existing platform around 2 ft in every direction 9 Earth work (filling) to be done before fixing the cemented paved block using sand or equivalent material
