Tender For Installation Of New Capacitor Bank-Ii Breaker At 132Kv Sub-Station Shatrughanpur Under Etd-I Gorakhpur- The following work are to be carried out for 132 KV Sub Station Shatrughanpur, Gorakhpur under E.T.D.- I,Gorakhpur as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of the Supervising Engineer : 2 Providing and fixing, hoisting of key board of size 3ft x 2ft made wooden board covered inside by valvet cloth and also having arrangement of hanging key with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room.The key Board covered with glass having curtains specification, locking arrangement as per tech fully covered with 3M vinyl sheeting of red colour.The letter should be computer cutting white colour as per Technical Specification. 3 Providing and fixing, hoisting of Telephone number board of size 3ft x 2ft made wooden board with side bidding and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room.The Boardfully covered with 3M vinyl sheeting of red colour.The letter should be computer cutting white colour as per Technical Specification. 4 Providing and fixing, hoisting of Battery maintenance board of size 4ft x 3ft made wooden board and writing of maintenance instruction as per details provided by supervising Engineer at site with side bidding and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room.The Board fully covered with 3M vinyl sheeting of red colour.The letter should be computer cutting white colour as per Technical Specification. 5 Providing and fixing, hoisting of Maximum load in Amp Display board of size 6ft x 4ft made of hard plastic body.The face to fully covered with 3 mm plastic sheeting of red colour with holes and plain sheet on back side with duly 25mm wide aluminium strip side bidding and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room along with numbers and letters in white colour of various sizes (As per sample and performa).The letter should be computer cutting white colour as per Technical Specification. 6 Fabrication of Metallic Board Name Plate using 14 SWG 36” X 8” size MS Sheet board ,its complete painting in yellow colour using synthetic enamel paint and writing of various Feeders/Bay Names of 132KV S/S Shatrughanpur in 3” size (height) and border of board in ½” size radium sheet of red colour and fixing of 1 Meter long 50 x 50 x 6 mm size M.S. Angle Support Legs on both sides of the M.S. Board & grouting of display board by digging of earth of size 30 x 30 x 50 mm for each leg of the display board, then concreting of plinth of size 30 x 30 x 60 mm with the help of cement, sand, brick ballast mixture in the ratio of 1 : 3 : 6 & 12 mm thick plastering over it, with all cost of men, material and T&P etc. required for the job. 7 Writing of Bay/Feeders name on 132/33kV Circuit breakers of 3” size (height) and border of board in ½” size using radium sheet of red colour after background painting in yellow colour using synthetic enamel paint with all cost of men,materials and T&P etc. 8 Providing & Fixing of Name platessize 300 mm X 200 mmmade of 2 mm thick alluminium sheet covered with 3 M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet of following size with details / name written by using 3 M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet as per prescribed colour scheme to be fixed with the help of of Nuts & Bolts at already installed equipment structure in switchyard. 9 Name Plate of size 300 mm x 100 mm duly made of 3 mm thick yellow colour Acrilic Sheet and having letters with Computer cut self adhesive 3 M vinyl sheet in Blue colour with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed on varioud C&R Panels for Substation.
