    Tender For Overhauling Of 33 Kv Vaccume Circuit Breaker At 220 Kv S/S Rewa Road, Under Etd-Ii, Prayagraj. - Complete overhauling of following 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers installed at 220KV KV S/S Rewa Road PrayagrajThe job Includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opening and adjusting its operating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. Replacement of damaged washers, lock pins, small springs etc as per requirement during the work. Assembling the mechanism followed by oiling, greasing and tightening of all nuts & boltsdamaged/broken glass,rubber sealing strip of the mechanism box, checking & tightening of all AC/DC connections/terminals, proper checking the spring charging motor along with replacement of its carbon, removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals by good quality CRC spray, checking the propertripping & closing of VCB from local and remote including tripping & closing time & measuring contact resistance of each poles (R,Y,B) by CB analyzer kit and other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job. All labour, T&P and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost.
